4/2 – 3/2 Thickness Wetsuits
Our triathlon wetsuits not only provide optimal body temperature but also prevent overheating. The fabric thickness varies depending on the different models. The thinner 3/2 wetsuits offer flexibility, while the thicker 4/2 wetsuits provide more buoyancy. The type of material used in triathlon wetsuits is designed to always have a small amount of water between the body and the suit. The water fills the space, and our body heats it, creating a kind of thermal blanket around us.
Designed for Comfortable Swimming
Seland’s triathlon wetsuits are designed to facilitate a flexible position while swimming, much more comfortably, especially when performing the stroke.
Yamamoto Rubber
Seland’s triathlon wetsuits have a slippery outer layer that allows for faster gliding in the water. They are made of Yamamoto neoprene rubber. This material reduces resistance and increases speed in the water, while also reducing energy consumption. And if we consume less energy with our legs while swimming, it’s something we can use in the remaining disciplines.
