If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can make changes or returns, you have a period of 14 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December).
Change of size: Write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , indicating your name and order number. You only have to send us the product in perfect conditions and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions for use, at your own expense (shipping costs to be paid by the customer). Once we have verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will send you the product with the new size and you will not have to pay the shipping costs.
Change due to manufacturing defect or tare: Write us an email to email@example.com, indicating your name and order number, a brief description of what happens to the product and photographs. Once we have assessed the problem and in case of a manufacturing defect, we will collect the defective product and deliver a new one. The costs of collection and shipping will be at our expense.
It is very important that you return the product(s) to us for exchange or return perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
In the case of defective products or wrong shipments, all shipping costs will be paid by NEOPRENE SOLUTIONS SL.
Return ( I don’t want it ): Write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , indicating your name and order number. You only have to send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions for use, at your own expense (shipping costs will be charged to the customer).
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and verify that all the previous conditions are met, NEOPRENE SOLUTIONS SL will admit the return of the product and will proceed to refund ONLY the amount of the product (without the shipping costs) according to the payment method:
a. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card.
b. If you paid by cash on delivery or by transfer, we will ask you for an account number where the amount can be paid.
