WETSUITS FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
At Seland Care we believe that water is a right, not a privilege. We were born with the firm conviction that everyone, regardless of their physical or mental abilities, should have the real and safe possibility to enjoy the sea, rivers, swimming pools or any aquatic environment.
More than 30 years
of experience
Technology and empathy in every stitch
Our brand was born as a natural evolution of Seland’s experience —a leading company in the manufacture of wetsuits for water sports— with the added commitment to inclusion, empathy, and universal design. Through Seland Care, we blend textile innovation, technical expertise, and active listening to families, therapists, educators, and above all, the users themselves.
Each garment we develop addresses a specific need: accessible closures, flexible yet secure materials, reinforced areas, ease of use, and above all, thermal comfort to protect people with special sensitivities. We focus on eliminating the physical and emotional barriers that often prevent someone from enjoying the water with freedom and safety.
Designed with purpose, made for people
It’s not just about making wetsuits. At Seland Care, we design autonomy, self-esteem, and joy. Our wetsuits are designed to adapt to the body and abilities of the wearer—not the other way around. That’s why we work closely with professionals in the therapeutic, sports, and educational fields to ensure our products not only meet high-quality standards, but also meet the realities of everyday life for those who need them.
Inclusion in motion
From therapeutic activities in pools to adaptive surfing, recreational swimming, or water sports with family, Seland Care wetsuits allow inclusion to be lived in motion, without giving up functionality or style. We want everyone who wears our wetsuits to feel part of the water world—of the waves, of play, of sport, of life.
Committed to real change
Our commitment goes beyond the product: we want to be a brand that raises awareness, connects, and transforms. We promote accessibility as a core design principle—but also as a way of life. We work to ensure that more and more centers, schools, institutions, and families have access to real and human solutions for a full, limitless aquatic life.
SELAND CARE IS MORE THAN WETSUITS. IS FREEDOM, DIGNITY AND ENJOYMENT. IS THE POSSIBILITY OF LIVING THE WATER WITHOUT BARRIERS.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
This Seland Care wetsuit also includes a system that allows the user to remain in a horizontal position thanks to foam that ensures buoyancy.
If what we want is a more vertical position in the water, it can be achieved by adjusting the balance using small weights that are inserted into the wetsuit.
