RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can make exchanges or returns within 14 business days (Monday to Friday), starting from the delivery date of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Organization modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).
Size Exchange:Write us an email at infoweb@seland.com, indicating your name and order number. You just have to send it at your expense (shipping costs borne by the customer), with the courier service you choose, the product in perfect condition, not used in the water, only tried on to check the size and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions for use if any. Once verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will send you the product with the new size and you will not have to pay the shipping costs.
Exchange due to manufacturing defect or flaw:Write us an email at infoweb@seland.com, indicating your name and order number, a brief description of what happens to the product and photographs. Once the problem has been assessed and if it is a manufacturing defect, we will collect the defective product and deliver a new one to you. The collection and shipping costs will be borne by us. It is very important that you return the exchanged or returned product(s) perfectly packaged. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
In the case of defective products or wrong shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by NEOPRENE SOLUTIONS SL. Return (I don’t want it):Write us an email at infoweb@seland.com, indicating your name and order number. You just have to send it at your expense (shipping costs borne by the customer), with the courier service you choose, the product in perfect condition, not used in the water, only tried on to check the size and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions for use if any.
Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, NEOPRENE SOLUTIONS SL will accept the return of the product and the refund will ONLY be made for the amount of the product (without the shipping costs) according to the payment method made:
- If you made the payment by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.
- If you made the payment by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, we will ask for a bank account number to refund the amount.
IMPORTANT: Changes or returns of all those suits that have been customized, such as adding “Pee-Zip” or adding “Emerid System”, will not be accepted.
OUTLET SECTION: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ON ITEMS IN THE OUTLET SECTION.
