Exchanges and returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can make exchanges or returns. You have a period of 14 working days (Monday to Friday), from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 on Retail Trade Regulation, amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19).
Size change: Write us an email at infoweb@seland.com, indicating your name and order number. You only need to send us at your expense (shipping costs borne by the customer), with the courier service of your choice, the product in perfect condition, not used in water, only tried on to check the size and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions for use if any. Once verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will send you the product in the new size and you will not have to pay the shipping costs.
Exchange due to manufacturing defect or flaw: Write us an email at infoweb@seland.com, indicating your name and order number, a brief description of the issue with the product, and photos. Once the problem is assessed, and if it is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will collect the defective product and deliver a new one. Collection and shipping costs will be at our expense.
It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.
In the case of defective products or wrong shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by NEOPRENE SOLUTIONS SL.
Return (I don’t want it): Write us an email at infoweb@seland.com, indicating your name and order number. You only need to send us at your expense (shipping costs borne by the customer), with the courier service of your choice, the product in perfect condition, not used in water, only tried on to check the size and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions for use if any.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and verify that all the above conditions are met, NEOPRENE SOLUTIONS SL will accept the return of the product and proceed with the refund of the product amount ONLY (excluding shipping costs), according to the payment method used:
a. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.
b. If you paid cash on delivery or by bank transfer, we will request an account number where the amount will be refunded.
IMPORTANT: No exchanges or returns will be accepted for all suits that have been customized, such as Adding “Pee-Zip” or Adding “Emerid System”.
