The on-line purchase process is extremely simple:

2. In case the product has different options (size, color, number…), select the options you need.

3. When you have selected it, click on the Buy icon and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart.

4. In this Cart, you will be able to add the products you want. Here you can:

Change the quantity. Just type the new quantity and click on “Update”.
Add more products. Click on a category in the store and choose another item.
Delete any of the products. Click on the “Delete” button at the end of the product.
Confirm the order. To do so, click on the “Finish” icon.

5. When you confirm the order, two options will appear:

REGISTERED USER: to process the order you only have to enter your user name and password. If you are already registered, you will only have to select the shipping address and the desired payment method for this order.
UNREGISTERED USER: we give you the option to register. If you are not a registered user, you will have to fill in a questionnaire with the necessary information to process the order.

When you have finished filling out the questionnaire, click on Continue or Next.

6. You will then be presented with a screen showing all the information you have provided. In addition, on this page you will have to select the desired payment method.

After this selection, you must click again on Continue or Next. You will again see a screen with all your personal data so that you can verify them.

7. At the end, you will have two options:

Confirm. Click on Confirm if all the information is correct and you agree with everything that is indicated. The order will not be processed until you click on Confirm.
Correct. Allows you to modify those data of the order that you consider appropriate.

The payment of the price of the purchased goods and shipping costs may be made by:

Due to its special characteristics, some of the products that we commercialize will not be able to be sent by cash on delivery.

Orders from the Canary Islands cannot be paid by cash on delivery either. These will have to be paid by any other form of payment.

The payment by cash on delivery has a surcharge of 3% of the value of the order with a minimum of 3,5€.
