CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

HOW TO BUY:

The on-line purchase process is extremely simple:

1. First select the product you wish to purchase. If you do not find what you are looking for, use our SEARCH or call us by phone at (+34) 946 764 875.

2. In case the product has different options (size, color, number…), select the options you need.

3. When you have selected it, click on the Buy icon and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart.

4. In this Cart, you will be able to add the products you want. Here you can:

Change the quantity. Just type the new quantity and click on “Update”.
Add more products. Click on a category in the store and choose another item.
Delete any of the products. Click on the “Delete” button at the end of the product.
Confirm the order. To do so, click on the “Finish” icon.

5. When you confirm the order, two options will appear:

REGISTERED USER: to process the order you only have to enter your user name and password. If you are already registered, you will only have to select the shipping address and the desired payment method for this order.
UNREGISTERED USER: we give you the option to register. If you are not a registered user, you will have to fill in a questionnaire with the necessary information to process the order.

When you have finished filling out the questionnaire, click on Continue or Next.

6. You will then be presented with a screen showing all the information you have provided. In addition, on this page you will have to select the desired payment method.

After this selection, you must click again on Continue or Next. You will again see a screen with all your personal data so that you can verify them.

7. At the end, you will have two options:

Confirm. Click on Confirm if all the information is correct and you agree with everything that is indicated. The order will not be processed until you click on Confirm.
Correct. Allows you to modify those data of the order that you consider appropriate.

To place your order by phone or email, you must inform us of the product you want, the payment method that suits you, and tell us your full name, ID number (if the order is from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla), your address and the address to which you want us to send the order. The address should be as complete as possible, including zip code and contact telephone number.

DELIVERY TIME:

Shipments will be sent to the address you indicate within +/- 3 working days in the peninsula if the requested item is available in stock. In case of any supply problem, we will contact you to inform you accordingly. Some products may have a special delivery time, in which case it will be indicated in the general characteristics of the article and in any case you will be informed.
Orders will not be served to PO Boxes.

GUARANTEES:

Our company will be responsible for any manufacturing defect. We will not take charge of the deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or undue manipulations, not suitable tension, incorrect placement or wear for its normal use.

In those incidents that justify the use of the warranty, we will opt for the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund, in the legally established terms.

FORMS OF PAYMENT:

The payment of the price of the purchased goods and shipping costs may be made by:

Credit card.
To proceed with the payment by credit card, the User must follow the instructions that appear on the screen, providing the following information:
Card number.
Expiration date.
To proceed to the payment by Bizum, you must have obtained your BIZUM Key, in the APP of your bank.

As an electronic payment system, Neoprene Solutions S.L. is attached to the e-commerce payment gateway of Banco Sabadell Atlantico. All data provided for these purposes are encrypted under the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layers) to ensure maximum security of the same.

Cash on delivery (Except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
Pay for your order at the time it is delivered.

Due to its special characteristics, some of the products that we commercialize will not be able to be sent by cash on delivery.

Orders from the Canary Islands cannot be paid by cash on delivery either. These will have to be paid by any other form of payment.

The payment by cash on delivery has a surcharge of 3% of the value of the order with a minimum of 3,5€.

Transfer.
The payment by transfer will be made in the account number that appears when choosing this payment method (also included below). Once we receive the amount in our account, we will proceed to ship your order.

SHIPPING COSTS:

These charges are applied per shipment for a maximum of 10 kgs, regardless of the number of items.

TAXES:

The prices of the products for sale in our e-commerce stores include Value Added Tax (V.A.T.).
